Psychotherapist in training under supervision
Welcome!

Sometimes, we get out of sync — quietly, almost unnoticed, or suddenly and painfully. The paths that lead us to psychotherapy are as unique as life itself. Every step toward seeking help is brave. And every reason for taking this path deserves respect and space.
Often, we feel that something is no longer quite right — perhaps it's persistent tension, overwhelming emotions, or a quiet longing for change that feels hard to grasp. In such moments, it can be relieving to turn to someone who listens — openly, present, and without judgment. Someone who carries the weight with you, asks questions when words are lacking, and creates space where clarity can emerge.
In my practice, I support you in better understanding what is affecting you. Together, we explore thoughts, emotions, and recurring patterns — with the goal of discovering new inner spaces and making your resources tangible again. A respectful, safe framework is especially important to me — a place where you are welcomed with everything you bring.
The first step often requires courage. Yet, within it lies the beginning of something new — something that is meant to grow and unfold.
If you feel addressed, I would be happy to hear from you. I would be glad to arrange an initial consultation — I usually respond to inquiries within 48 hours.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
In my therapeutic work, I follow the principles of cognitive behavioral therapy – a method that is continuously evolving and always open to new scientific discoveries.
What matters most to me is the openness and flexibility of this approach. Every person carries their own unique story, and therapy should never follow a rigid, one-size-fits-all model.
This mindset allows me to meet your needs with care and attentiveness, and together, we will find pathways that feel right and supportive for you.
I draw from a wide range of proven methods, which I carefully tailor to your specific concerns and the goals we set together. A key focus of my work is supporting individuals facing anxiety, compulsions, depressive moods, eating disorders, addiction-related challenges, or struggles in personal development. I also place great emphasis on working mindfully with neurodivergent individuals, honoring and integrating their diverse perspectives with deep respect and sensitivity in the therapeutic process.

Above all, what matters to me is that change unfolds at your own pace, in a way that feels natural and empowering for you.
Relationship as a central foundation
A trusting therapeutic relationship is a central factor in the effectiveness of psychotherapy. Professional competence alone is often not enough – what matters is the quality of the interpersonal connection. A safe space, characterized by empathy, authenticity, respect, and appreciation, allows you to open up, develop new perspectives, and move closer to your personal goal.
