Confidentiality
Everything shared in the context of psychotherapy is protected by a legally mandated duty of confidentiality (§ 15 Austrian Psychotherapy Act).
Beyond being a legal requirement, this confidentiality forms the essential foundation of a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship.
Costs
Each session lasts 50 minutes and costs €70.
Public health insurance does not reimburse therapy sessions provided by psychotherapists in training under supervision. However, the session fee is reduced accordingly.
Depending on your individual policy, private health insurance may offer full or partial reimbursement of the costs.
Initial consultation
The initial consultation offers a space for us to get to know each other. It is an opportunity for you to share what is currently on your mind, the concerns you bring with you, and what you hope to gain from therapy.
I will explain how I work and outline practical matters, such as cancellation policies. You are welcome to ask any questions throughout our conversation. The purpose of this first meeting is to see whether working together in therapy feels like a good fit for you.

Both the time and the space are reserved just for you.
Please cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance.
For last-minute cancellations, the full session fee will be charged.
If I need to cancel an appointment, I will promptly offer you a suitable alternative date.
About me
I live in Vienna with my husband and our children.
My professional career began in the private sector, where I worked for over 20 years, including nearly 15 years in a multinational corporation. A sustained interest in interpersonal communication and inner psychological processes ultimately led me to pursue a new, in-depth professional path. In 2021, I commenced my training as a psychotherapist.
